President - POMPEI

The best Michelin I have been too. My wife and I have been to 8 different Michelins in the last week and President was a hidden gem and the best out of all of them.

President is a hidden gem worthy of its star. From the moment we stepped in to its crisp, clean, white interior, we were made to feel welcome. We opted for the full ‘Trip’ with accompanying wines. Our wine glasses were never left empty and the table never left dirty (there is lots of bread type things) Really special mention to the smoked artichoke, easily one of the tastiest things I’ve ever eaten. Great little restaurant with fantastic food and great wine choices One small blot was the music they had on a loop which consisted of about 5/6 songs. Not sure if that was supposed to be that way or if it was stuck on a loop but after a few hours of eating it did begin to slightly irritate. It definitely didn’t detract from the food however and would definitely return if ever passing through

Chief Paola’s wife and staff were so helpful guiding us thru our culinary journey thru Pompeii and the Campania region! What an amazing and intimate experience. You can tell how much love and energy is put into the customers experience! We highly recommend this culinary adventure if you are in Campania! The artistic and culinary passion of this couple shines thru in each wine ???? pairing and course! Even our son enjoyed it! If you want to have an unforgettable Michelin star experience try this restaurant! They even have another restaurant in the Veneto region also!

Wonderful experience. The food was adventurous and fascinating, the service was nothing less than perfect, and Laila was the perfect host who explained the point of each dish and its connection to the place. Very Pompeii oriented. I must point out that our daughter Vegetarier and our son is a picky meal, and they have them perfectly with changes to the tasting menu. We were a group of six and had a nice time. Very recommended.
