T.g.i. Friday's - Pompano Beach

Unfortunately, the chicken was quite disappointing. After just one bite, I found it to be unpleasant and it left a strange aftertaste that lingered until I went to bed. However, the salad itself was fantastic. I couldn't identify the spice used on the chicken, but it definitely wasn’t ginger, as the menu suggested. It was my mistake to choose something I was unfamiliar with. On the other hand, my partner's steak was exactly as he ordered and he found it both tender and flavorful. There was a football game on TV, and when someone scored a touchdown, a man in the next booth erupted in celebration, which startled me a bit. Knowing what to expect, I would consider returning. It's not a five-star restaurant, but few places around here are. I think it deserves at least three stars based on the quality of food (though I didn't enjoy my dish), service, price, and atmosphere. As for the shouting, it didn’t bother me as much once I knew to expect it. Our bill came to $36.00 with the tip included, which I thought was reasonable.
