Sicilian Oven - Pompano Beach

The service has shown improvement since my last visit a year ago. However, during my recent online order two weeks ago, there was a technical issue that caused a delay of over an hour in getting our order ready. Despite calling ahead to check on the order, we were assured everything was fine and it would be ready upon our arrival. Upon reaching the restaurant, we waited over 40 minutes for our order, with unhelpful staff members and a lack of apology for the inconvenience. Despite attempting to expedite the process or cancel items, we were met with attitude instead of understanding. There seemed to be at least 5 staff members doing nothing in the pickup area. Once we finally received our order, the pizza crust was burnt and the salad was missing. Some staff members at this restaurant need to work on their customer service skills.
