Planet Smoothie - Pompano Beach

The meal replacement smoothies are outstanding. However, because of inflation and a few other factors, their prices have risen significantly. Spending $11 on a smoothie seems a bit much.

This used to be one of my favorite spots, but sadly, I won't be returning. I ordered a bowl topped with pineapple and coconut, but the person preparing it clearly didn’t know how to make it; instead, I received a warm smoothie with mango and oats. Additionally, I noticed that the same person was using the same gloves for multiple orders—handling cash, grabbing lids, and even reaching into the trash—without changing them. This was very off-putting. I don't think the issue lies with the individual; rather, it's indicative of poor management and training. Ultimately, I wasted $20 on two bowls that we ended up throwing away, and we had to go to Jamba Juice to get something decent. We won't be coming back.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for the first time tonight, and it was a delightful experience! The staff were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful with my selections. One young man even let me sample one of the flavors, which I ended up ordering in a medium size. This place has the potential to be a fantastic go-to spot! I'm already planning to come back on Monday to grab a meal replacement smoothie.

The smoothie bowl I ordered resembled more of a soup than a bowl and lacked the toppings that were advertised on the menu. To add to the disappointment, the young staff member was quite unfriendly. I won’t be coming back, as I ended up having to throw away the $11 bowl.

I absolutely love visiting this place! They not only serve delicious smoothies but also provide outstanding customer service!
