3:00 a.m. and the front door is locked, why? And the employees constantly touch food without gloves in the middle of a pandemic.

This place has bad management and does not know how to respect and how to treat its employees. It is obvious that employees do not have to have proper training and administration to train them and train them properly. I don't blame the employees I owe to the management.

Lately, they're always from Donuts after 1pm. the name has literally donut in it and they never have it. plus the workers are super rude

I love this location very good customer service Lauryn always is friendly kind and knows her coffee. Very proactive customer service I only come here because of her. As Modern Day Butler I know the difference between reactive and proactive service. Lauryn deserves a raise what and vacation. Angles was an amazing customer service agent. Very kind and friendly. Angles made me feel at home what a great team. The best location in South Florida.

I work night shift nearby so I used to drive by to get a coffee right before 11 which I can't do any more because it's always closed everytime now. The lady taking the orders was super rude every time when it was open
