I would never order from this place again. Staff and managers there are very rude. When I called to advise them that I have not yet received my order, it was a hr and a half almost 2 hours. They have a new driver and he's not familiar with the area, and I have to wait as a customer? I told them that I come and pick up as he is lost, they continue rude and INCONSIDERATE about the situation that I end up cancel my order!!! Never again.
If I could give ZERO STARS. Typically Dominos sucks, but my girls like their pizza and wings and they are cheap and comfortable, but this is officially ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ONE OF ALL! Customer service is not available. Venetta, who answered the phone and took our order, was rude and totally unprofessional. So I called back and asked to talk to the manager, what she told me she didn't ?let? I'm talking to a manager for no reason, so I told her I had a complaint. Instead of getting the manager on the phone, she put me in the grip for 4 minutes until I heard a loud ring on the phone. No manager ever answered. I hung up and called back and Jason the manager answered. While he claimed that customer service was important to him and promised to talk to his rude employee, he did not offer any real excuse. When our order finally arrived, the pizza was cold and instead of the mild wings we ordered us to get hot, so I called Jason who said he would get the right order? as soon as possible? not immediately as he would have said. 40 minutes later, the right order had not arrived, so I called back and suggested that he should compose the wings as my girls already fall asleep. Instead of apologising, he said the driver's already on the way.? To which I replied, you should already compose them if you made the first mistake. 40 minutes later, when the order hadn't arrived, I called back and was put under control. So I called again and he said he canceled the order. I tried to explain the difference between compatification and demolition, but he didn't seem to understand. He said I had to call back and talk to his general manager. I'll reach them tomorrow. But buyers beware that this place sucks! Don't order them!
The owner Carlos reached out to me directly from his personal cell to correct an online order... I rated my order through dominoes app and few days later I was surprised when I received a phone call from him. He apologized and comped our next mealcompletely. Out of any restaurant I've ordereded online, I've never got this type of professionalism and hospitality.. let alonea franchise which says a lot???? Thanks again Carlos!
Two hours and half waiting my pitzza I have to go to the store to pick up the employees do the best they can do have just 3 people working with a big line waiting and people getting mad with them because was waiting for long the central call doing alot order is not fear they are working like slave with a lot stress the company have to make more control on it
