Big Louie's Pizzeria/Italian Restaurant

Hubby and I stopped here for lunch and had a good experience. we were able to find parking quite fast, and at the entry we were warmly welcomed. we were instructed to sit everywhere, so we decided to stand on the back of the restaurant. our waitress was friendly and attentive and gave us time to check the menu. hubby ordered the chicken parm and the stuffed shells como, and I ordered the louie’s combo (baked ziti, manicotti and auberginenparm). both meal times came with garlic rolls and a selection of suppe or salat. we both ordered the salat. the garlic rolls were very good and the salads were fresh! our meals came in a decent amount of time, and was ok. on both plates there was something too much melted mozzarella, and my aubergine did not taste very fresh. my combo was a very generous part (I took something with me after home), but nakedby was a bit on the little side. the filled dishes were small, and the chicken was thin with a lot of broth. overall this place is ok. the staff are friendly, but I felt that eating could have been a bit more tasteful. I might be back, but it would be for the pizza.

Fantastic pizza next to salad, very naked bones, as most restaurants are next salads. how many companies, I am sure they fought during the high point of the covid, but they are now back in the game.

30 mice for 12 wings and a greasy pizza combo... wings were precooked dry empty of the taste cake taste identical. I know it's kovid. I know there's cutback. but never compromise quality. I wouldn't care to eat less, but with quality. I almost want my 30 bucks back.

By someone who ordered 3x a week plus here, they will never have my business again. we have also visited big louie’s personally, but this is next to the point. my friend and I waited about an hour for our food, which is completely reasonable on a busy Sunday. Once we opened our food, we saw that my friends had no suits for ceaser salat. it was literally salate with parm cheese top. my chicken parm sandwich, had no cheese and was a piece of brot between 2 slices. Of course, I think it's going without saying, unless you like to eat karton, it's not worth the $40 we paid. well, the good part, I had to go through a middle man named disc just to get my money back. the men from the disc said he can't refund anything without a restaurant permit. now, the manager sarah is on the phone, and continues to tell me that she discounts the salat and the disc of cheese, but I will still be $25 lol I will go to the bank tomorrow to handle this on my own, as I pictures of the pappe that they want to pay my girlfriend $40 (now $27) for. ****, 0 stars if I could. also a message to the big louis ': they should really find a manager who takes care of how their business treats its frequent customers. sarah, I hope they learn how to deal with customers. I understand that it sucks at and in the restaurant industry they get it all the time, but I felt like I was very respectful with them. if they do not learn how to deal with people, they will probably be in this position forever. good luck!

Make sure you check for sauces! Staff forgets dressings on salads. Called to let them know and Isabella said she didn't realize salads came with dressings and they have a lot of different dressings so it's confusing that salads come with dressing........
