Beachcomber Resort Club - Pompano Beach

The location is great. You will receive free sun loungers and parasols The restaurant is very good and right by the sea. The rooms are very spacious with a mini-fridge and a balcony. We had a partial sea view and it was great. Recommended!

I give a single star how nice the girls were at the reception. Unfortunately, I was never able to check into this resort. My family and I were displaced because of dangerous black mold they found in the walls of our property and we had less than 24 hours to evacuate our home. We talked to their sales manager Jack to receive information on monthly and weekly prices. I had expressed the need for us to get out immediately and because of the situation we were not sure if we needed a few weeks or a month. After several negotiations and he refused to accept a credit card authorization from our landlord, I agreed to pay $1000 for the week from my weekly check account (not including deposit). I look at the property for little to no sleep, two cars full of stuff, as well as a sleep two years old waiting 20 minutes in a line to check in me, was turned away because I realized that I lost / left my wallet behind us at home (as we rushed to go.) I told the gentleman that my husband would come with him in the next 20 to 30 minutes, but he wouldn't knock .I don't want to check into the hotel, know that we don't go anywhere else and all my stuff and 2 years old sat in the park. He treated me very badly as if my money and my family had no value and embarrassed me before other guests and staff at the reception. it was a terrible experience and probably one of the worst experiences of my entire life. I went hysterically away crying not to believe how heartless this guy could be after I took my thousand dollars and probably let me wait a week to get it back. If you stay here, make sure you book about reservations and not their sales department!

The outer surfaces are fantastic. There is a great bar and an outdoor area. There are also cute little spots to hang out and relax. You don't have to pay for chairs on the beach and Valet is just $5. The restaurant made a good breakfast the croissant sandwich, potatoes and **** Mary's were delish. Lunch was normal, nothing special. I think the rooms need to be updated and they need standard budget daily and not only on request. The balconies are beautiful and have beautiful deck chairs.

The beds seem small. The espresso in the room is pointless and unimaginable. The pools and amenities are great. Location is great. The drinks prices are great, excellent latte and pina colada. Claudia, who runs the pool service, was amazing. She ran around and offered excellent service. Recommended

Room wasn?t ready when we were supposed to check in. Room was wrong so we changed. New room was freshly painted and stunk of paint. Tub filled when taking a shower. Beds were stained. Doors had gaps that you could see through. Air conditioning couldn?t cool below 75. Screaming dog in the room next door. This place is no bette then a motel 6. Not worth it at all. I wish we read these reviews before hand.
