Leroy's Bbq - Pomona

I've passed by this restaurant numerous times and always commented on how delicious it smelled. We finally decided to give it a try tonight, and we were not disappointed. The food was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I can't wait to explore more of the menu!

This charming little restaurant is run by an incredibly friendly couple, and we had a wonderful time chatting with them. Interestingly, they have switched roles—he's in the kitchen while she manages the front, and it all works seamlessly. The ribs are truly mouthwatering, practically falling off the bone, and they offer three different barbecue sauces to choose from. The homemade coleslaw and baked beans are also fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the mushrooms, the French fries were excellent, and the okra was a treat as well. Our favorite dishes were definitely the ribs, the smoked sausage was absolutely scrumptious, and the pulled pork was excellent. They are closed on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, but open Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This is an independently owned and operated establishment, and it’s very clean, with plenty of seating and accommodating service.

Delicious food! I tried the ribs, brisket, and a burger, and everything was fantastic. You can tell the owners really care about their food, and they're extremely friendly as well. The restaurant is more spacious than it appears from the outside, and it’s clean and well-lit. Overall, it's a great choice. By the way, the ribs are amazing on their own—you won't need any sauce! The best pulled pork I've ever had. Had to make sure to get BBQ when in Kansas. The fried okra was excellent too. Cute little BBQ establishment.

We stopped here on our way home to grab a bite to eat, and we were so glad we did! The food was incredible and served in generous portions. Doug and Michelle were extremely friendly, making us feel like we were old friends. Located just off Highway 68 in Pomona, this place is definitely worth a visit. The BBQ is top-notch!
