Mcdonald's - Polson

I recommend if you go to this McDonald's, and use the kiosk to order, you tell the manager. Because I didnt. And 20 min later, when I inquired about my order, I was told I had not received it because I used the kiosk. And that I should have told them I had an order through the kiosk. I was asked for my receipt, and I gave it to them. She then, very loudly and across the store, told me what I should have done differently. She did offer to refund my money because in the 20 min they had switched to lunch from breakfast. So, if you enjoy having all the patrons in the restaurant look at you because she is speaking VERY loud at you, I would recommend this McDonald's. After we received our food, we did watch it happen to another customer! Maybe it was a bad day, maybe it is the new way of treating customers, I am not sure.

I would like to express my gratitude to the morning crew for their exceptional service. Despite some of my mornings not starting off well, the team has consistently provided me with friendly and efficient service every time I've ordered my coffee over the past several days. Their warm smiles and positive attitude have truly brightened my mornings.

Service was absolutely terrible, besides Nathan and tav who are good workers. They were kicking us out to close 2hrs before posted lobbie time closed and were staring at us the whole time and the manager said I could literally put these kids on the street idk what he was even talking about but we did literally nothing just wanted to eat and chill

Food isn't actually food. Too expensive for trash. Eat at a local restaurant and save money.

This poor place is not a great place for dinner, just take the drive to Ronan’s. Foods old and on the edge of being stale, the workers sound high as hell and wearing personal earphones at the windows, and every time I go there my order is ALWAYS wrong or messed up in some way or another. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. Ever.
