Pho Tahoe - Pollock Pines

Mrs. Y and I were in search of something different on a rainy Saturday evening. We discovered Pho Tahoe in a center right at the intersection of Sly Park Road and Highway 50. The menu features a variety of pho and noodle dishes, as well as steaks, burgers, and sandwiches. We began our meal with pot stickers, followed by a noodle salad with pork and chicken, and we couldn't resist adding the spring rolls. The pork was particularly delicious. Overall, the food was great, and the service was prompt. Although many meals were being taken out that evening, the dining room was quite empty. We definitely plan to return now that we know about this place!

This restaurant is a beautiful spot with delicious food and excellent service! Our server was prompt and well-presented. I no longer have to search for my favorite dining place! P.S. If you've found this gem, you understand why I keep coming back. I hope it never goes away!
