The Texas Bbq Lab - Polk County

Very very good bbq! Down to earth people! The food was well flavored. The meats were cooked to perfection. And they even considered my infant by asking if the noise level of the tv was alright for her. Highly recommend this place!

Felt like some BBQ today, so my wife and I decided to try out The Texas BBQ Lab. I had a 3 meat plate: moist brisket, sausage, chicken, potato salad, beans and my wife ordered the Brisket Fries. My 3 meat plate was great and the brisket fries were good too. With BBQ like this small business (The Texas BBQ Lab) it will be around a long time. Keep up the good BBQ Daniel.

We enjoyed the ribs and a burger! All were fantastic! I love that the meat is not cooked spicy so our kids really enjoy it too!

Great BBQ, really large portions, and roomy dining room. Guys, they have a Grilled cheese brisket sandwich that is delicious! plus Peach cobbler and banana pudding! You gotta try this place!

I got to try them today unexpectedly and not let down. My boyfriend brought me home a brisket sandwich with potato salad today on his way home. Wow. So let's started with there was no bbq sauce in the box and it was not needed at all! Boyfriend said you could here them freshly chopping brisket for our sandwiches also. I don't like a lot of fat in my brisket even though I know it adds flavor. This brisket was perfectly flavored, you could taste the bark, cooked with post oak wood. Potato salad was no disappointment either. Will definitely try them again a second time.
