This restaurant is an unexpected find. I won 't comment on the setting, it 's good enough to create comfort, but it 's not the important thing.. The service is great because it 's based on the personal touch of the owners nothing more, nothing less. And the food is great! You come across a boss with a sufficiently long international experience who came to work in Sandanski. Food with its own signature, superb taste, wonderful presentations and original elements and a pinch of improvisation that will not leave any gourmet indifferent. An elementary example it is very difficult to serve juicy chicken meat that melts in the mouth, without the slightest hint of being raw, but also not beaten by thermal and mechanical processing, and this cannot be done without quality products. I discovered a real culinary gem for myself! Well done.
