Unlike McDonald's who fill it up with ice and Starbucks (who doesn't even serve smoothies anymore), L2 is the best. If I could, I would give them infiti stars. As they deserve. so fresh Go 2 L2
I think I would have enjoyed my bubble tea more if that obnoxious guest care/supervisor didn’t approach me just to confront me about requiring assistance from the staff in the mall. Her rudeness and disrespectfulness in her tone of voice. Just ugh!! Rather than enjoying a nice mango milk bubble tea, I nearly threw up! If the people behind the counter preparing my order heard all that, I’m sorry! Your bubble tea place definitely deserves a better rating from me, but that disgusting experience ruined my appetite! I’ll definitely come back when she gets fired! Besides, if she was having a bad hair day that moment, how unprofessional of her to release all her anger on 2 total strangers, let alone 2 blind customers who are just as normal as regular consumers coming to her mall! We were just trying to find ways to pass the remaining time we had before our transport arrives, rather than sitting around and twiddling our thumbs!
I love bubble tea and the place is nice. I wish they had better options like presotea and also that they would open earlier. Why 10am why not 9am when you have students and people heading to work. I would love to order something and head to work and enjoy it throughout the day. It's disappointing.
It’s absolutely appalling that we have to stand at least 30 min just to put the order and another 10 min tp get your drinks. They need to hire and pay more for people.
When I usually go to l2 the drinks are great but the other day I ordered taro and it was absolutely disgusting. I think the milk was spoiled and I’ve tried their taro before, and it did not taste like that, but other than that the service was good. I also got a different drink and they forgot the Ice in it. I could tell the lady at the front desk had a long day, but she was still kind enough to give me a refund (1 star for the service)
