Amir - Pointe-Aux-Trembles

Very rude server, I asked for an additional spoon of rice because it puts very little. he said you had to pay extra. I mean cmon... very cheap and decent eating nothing wore like the others amirs. very low customer service . not back!

Service ever! the personal is very unprofessional, extremely arrogant and common. I would never return to this place and I will not understand. they also calculate extremely expensive extras.

Very rude people, they must work on their customer service skills. I wouldn't go back there.

Restaurant is clean and I like the open setup with a terrace outside but the service offered is very poor. The lady cashier was very rude and impatient. Not sure if it was just her having a bad day. Because I am aware of how hard the pandemic has been on restaurants whenever I get the chance to go out and do takeout I prefer to go to the restaurants instead of using Uber or skip because i am informed on how much it cost these restaurants for these services. Later as i was trying to explain my disappointment with the service the Male Cashier also got offended because I asked for a refund and no longer wanted the food ordered. Keep in mind that i had already ordered food as take out. Situation could have been resolved with just basic understanding but that was missing. Her comments at the end of our heated conversation suggested prejudism. I have been to multiple Amir restaurant and I have to say this was my first disappoinment. My comments does not in anyway reflect on the franchise but rather this specific location. Hopefully your experience is better than mine.

Didn't get to try the food because the customer service was bad. Language is an issue here. Even though I communicated in french they were very rude. I hope the food is not as bad as their services i will not recommend this place.. i heard them make racist comments just as I walked out.
