Contribuiți la feedbackWe had the shrimp cocktail and the broiled seafood with Manhattan clam chowder. Everything was delicious. Corn fritters were really good too. The waitress was excellent. She was extremely attentive and very eager to be sure we were happy. Will definitely return.
Orderd the filet mignon medium rare and it came out well done. They took it off the bill and we requested boxes for our meals. They gave another steak again and they once again gave the meal well done. The server Jackie was amazing as well as Tim the bartender. The manager was beyond accommodating...I have no idea what was going on with the cooking staff however...I don't think I would recommend this place for steak or lobster as they both came out overcooked for the price you pay it is not worth it.
Went to Happy Hour in the bar. Sat at hightop. Ordered house wine charged one house and the other full price. Ordered oysters and spicy shrimp. Would have liked to order soups, however, the bartender not only never came back but actually looked down when I went over to bar. She attempted to speak to the person at the next chair, who pointed to me, to make her look. What awful service. No idea what was wrong but we won't go there any more. YUK.
Had dinner here week before Memorial Day with wife and two kids home for summer from college. Made reservation for 6, but plenty of seating available when we arrived. Vincent was server and he was new, I believe, but we wouldn’t have known if he hadn’t mentioned it. Meaning, he was an excellent server and was very attentive. Atmosphere was great, food was even better (although a smaller extractor fork would have come in handy to pull the meat from lobster claws). Desserts were outstanding. Vincent made this a super experience for us all.
Had dinner there last night , the waiter brought my drink first, iced tea, then he brought our appetizers and finally my dates cocktail. Who trained this guy ? Brings out entrees, we both had king crab legs. Had to ask him for cocktail forks. Is there ever going to be fine service again ? Disappointed. On top of all that they charge $60 for crab legs served in a net you have to wrestle with to get to them. And lobster shanty , not for nothing but don’t you think a salad, potato or vegetable would be nice to serve with a $60 entree. I think they’re cheap, unrefined service for their prices. Probably why place was more than half empty in a Saturday at 7:30. Will never go there again.
