We were in suite with our family. Photos did not correspond with reality. Receptionist was friendly and welcomed us pleasantly. 2* for rooms. Huge disappointment was that central heating was not working, which was reported to reception but no change and no maintenance guy came to check it out, so I recon it was turned of deliberately. We have checked with other rooms and they had cold rooms too.

Fantastic hotel! Very well-equipped and modern. The suite includes a sauna and a whirlpool bathtub. The restaurant is exceptional. Elegant and clean, with excellent food and a generous breakfast buffet.

Hello, after we arrived and sat down at the table, the lady with dark hair noticed us after 10 minutes. She brought us a menu and asked what we would like to drink? This drink order took her a whopping 20 minutes to bring it to us. When she brought it, we ordered food. After 45 minutes, we still haven't received the ordered food, so we asked another waitress, this time a blonde one, how is it possible that we still haven't ordered the food? I note that the table with the guests who came after us were already almost finished eating at that time. The lady apologized and said that her colleague had already gone to get food and that she would be with us shortly. Unfortunately, even after another 10 minutes, we did not get our food. I asked if it seemed normal to them and I requested a book of wishes and complaints this time from the third serving lady. Meanwhile, our lunch was brought to us after 1 hour of ordering. Some pieces of meat (pork liver) unfortunately could not even be cut with a knife. When we finished eating, the third serving lady came again, whom I asked where she had the book of wishes and complaints? We were told they had no such thing. After that, the manager probably came to us and apologized for the problem. She offered to give us the whole order for free as an apology, which was nice, but this apology did nothing to change our disappointment with the behavior of the wait staff.
