Stopped at a gas station at 5:40pm that had a Dunkin in it and they were closing up already???? And to top it off the gas station can't serve their own coffee because of the Dunkin being there??? WHY are they even there then?

I ordered x-large coffee and 50 munchkins. She charged me 50 munchkins and x-large coffee. When I picked up munchkins, box only had 22 so I asked her for refund. She ignored me at first but when I asked her again, she said she has no power to refund me. Argument got louder, then she proceed to scream at me. Am I at fault to ask for refund? What if it’s $100. Should I just walked away just because she has no power to refund? Do I know that? Where is a Manager then?One word would have send me walked away feeling lot better. Simply just say you are sorry!! Is that so hard?

Supposed to be open at 6 was waiting from 5:55 to 6:10 and was going to be late for work and they were there staring at me and wouldn't open needless to say i left with no service won't ever go there again
