Butterburr's - Pocatello

This is my second negative review because I can't find my first one, and nothing has improved since my last visit. The prices keep rising while the portions are getting smaller. Additionally, my takeout order was missing the cheese that was supposed to be on the SST, and they didn’t include honey mustard either. I’ve noticed that the manager responds to positive reviews but doesn’t address any complaints.

The customer service was excellent, as always. My main issue is that the prices have increased quite a bit, which I understand, but the portion sizes have decreased significantly. I ordered a breakfast skillet that used to be served in a nice-sized black dish, but this time it came in a small gray dish. If I'm paying more, I expect the portion to remain the same.

The service was excellent, and the biscuits and gravy were the best I've had in years! I apologize for not having any photos; I was too busy enjoying the incredibly soft biscuits, a generous slice of fried ham steak, and delicious over-easy eggs that looked like they had just come from the chicken, all paired with a refreshing glass of orange juice.

Great customer service! Clean restaurant. Good prices and portions of food. Good quality always fresh and top notch! What makes Butterburs stand out is their breads! I absolutely crave them. Yum! They have breads, twists, and the salads are large . Youwon't leave hungry!

Very friendly staff! My breakfast was DELICIOUS and AWESOME! I had 2 eggs over medium with crispy bacon,? hashbrowns and a grilled biscuit with Blackberry jelly and delicious coffee!?? I recommend having breakfast here soon. I definitely will be back along with my sister.?
