The only reason I didn't get five stars is because the entries are really overpriced. However, the taste and quality of service and customer service are really good top-notch and I appreciate their business. I would suggest to this authentic Chinese restaurant for your desire.
We called late in the evening with a huge order. 17 people all order special dinners. They were ingenious on the phone as it was chaotic trying to place the order for all these foods and exactly repeated the order back, first attempt, stressed the allergies. It only took about 25 minutes. When we arrived there, the staff was very friendly and the food was ready shortly after we paid for everything. Every job was perfect. Nothing was missing or wrong. The allergy was clearly marked and it was all delicious. I loved the muted bastards and crabs Rangoon! Great experience.
I calculate it 3.5, but I will ask it up to a 4. for sweet and sour chicken and got chicken finger with a tub of sweet and sour sauce. The vegetable lo mine was bland and had hardly any vegetables. Overall, the food was to eat and the chicken fingers were good, although I did not ask for them.
I’ve been here twice... and enjoyed the second visit more. The ginger chicken with string beans was outstanding as was the egg rolls... they were the best I’ve ever had. I just moved from Boston to the Cape about a year ago so my standard for Chinese food is Chinatown. I was going to Way Ho in Buzzards Bay but Way Ho’s prices are ridiculous. I paid $21 for house fried rice and egg rolls and the $13 fried rice had hardly any meat or even vegetables in it so I had enough. A friend recommended Golden Palace and I’m glad because it’s better than Way Ho and much less expensive. It’s worth the extra five minute ride over the Bourne bridge to get this quality at reasonable prices.
