U Salzmannů - Plzen

The hotel: The room I had was 40 sq/m, so basically like a small apartment. My fridge wasn’t working so the person at the reception desk brought a large box of ice to my room, which was nice. Other amenities were ok, decor seemed outdated but that’s fine. The location is great literally a minute or two away from the central square. The breakfast was nice, had all of the basics and was included free with the room booking. The restaurant: food is not amazing but still pretty decent. Service is on the slow side, so don’t come here really hungry or if you’re in a hurry. All in all, a positive experience.

Beer was great (as you would expect), but the food was the highlight for me. Highly recommend if you are looking for a causal atmosphere with high quality food.

Best pork knuckle ever had! Everything was extremely tasty and prices very reasonable.

Great pivovar in the centre of Plzen! The pork knee and tender sirloin have a great taste. Great place to be with family, friends for couples.

Staff, food beer and ambiance was amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
