Ridgeway Grill Fish And Chips

Having been a loyal customer, I placed an order that took almost 2 hours to arrive and was cold upon unwrapping. I was assured that my next order would be replaced, but it appears that was not the case. In the future, I will be ordering from Plympton Grill as I have never had any issues with their service.

The food finally arrived shortly after 8:30 pm, and I almost wish it hadn't. We had ordered 2 shish kebabs and 1 chicken burger with spicy potatoes. The burger was cold and overcooked, completely inedible, so it went straight into the trash. Both kebabs were cold as well, and only one of them was actually a shish kebab. I tried a bit of the meat but ended up throwing them away along with the burger. It was evident that the food had not been freshly cooked; it had clearly been waiting for quite some time. The order was incorrect and the quality was atrocious. The potatoes were decent, not spicy, but at least they were cooked properly. We paid £25 for subpar food and endured a 2.5-hour wait. If this is the standard they normally uphold, I'm bewildered as to how they are still in business. There aren't many takeout/delivery options in Plympton, but this is definitely one I won't be ordering from again.

Honestly don’t bother order from here, we orders some chicken, onion rings, spicy potatoes and a kebab. All of it was terrible, dry chicken, soggy onions rings that were a really dark brown ?!? Just not to the normal standard, we have ordered before at it was nicer, but don’t know what happened with our order tonight.

Rude staff. Don't take cards. One of the worst kebabs I've ever had. Please leave Plympton and make way for a proper business.

The chips and fish were fine, but I wasn't a fan of the garlic sauce on the kids' chicken nuggets and chips - I would prefer a separate sauce. However, the chicken was the worst part of the meal. It was dry, flavorless, and seemed stale, as if it had been prepared the day before. It was disgusting!
