Burger King - Plymouth

Thought i would try here for a change Service was fine Ordered chicken royale and double cheese burger. Lets start with chicken royale it was really dry the actual coating on the chicken was thicker than the chicken finished with a scattering of lettuce. The roll was also at least two days old and although toasted was still stale. Burger was dry again served in a stale roll you used to get a better burger in here but not now. Dreadful wont be back and would not recommend it a real shame

The food from here is always good but a bit overpriced. It is an expensive takeaway, but you always get a decent meal. Wish it was more reasonable.

The team serving, started our order then stopped and started doing an order for a delivery driver, then restarted to put our order together, stopped again to do more delivery driver orders, put the burgers back through the oven, proceeded to put the order together again. In the end they did about 3-4 delivery orders while trying to put our meal together, which took about 20 minutes, by the time we sat down to eat the burger was cold. We didn’t have time to take it back as we had to get to the theater. I just wanted to express my disappointment, as at nearly £20 for 2 meals I expect the food to at least be hot.

I have never had such a poor experience in a ‘fast food’ restaurant. Sunday there’s about 7 staff members, fine no problem, but there is no organisation at all. Where were the managers? What are they managing because it very clearly wasn’t this place. 25 minutes I waited for my food… it wasn’t even remotely busy. I work in a restaurant that seats 160 people our food wait is 25 minutes if we’re full. The staff here were walking around doing absolutely nothing. Hopefully the managers pull their fingers out because I was not the only one voicing my opinion in there today.

Ordered 3 burger meals from the self order machine. Order completed and no receipt. After 25 minutes called to call me up. Sorry no buns for the burgers. Then refunded £2.40 less than I paid. “Where’s your receipt?” I didn’t get one but my bank app tells me how much I’ve spent. 10 minutes to get a e refund, and they’re still taking orders for burgers they’ve got no buns for. Ridiculous
