Dairy Queen (treat) - PLYMOUTH MEETING

My friend ordered a cake from there and it came out beautiful. I just want to let you know for the great service that you gave us and have highlight. The people that were serving us for their the cake was a big hit at the party.

Forgot my chips and drink even though I bought a combo, all out o hand sanitizer and Purell wipes, One person working, registers from 1980. So bad

I mean 12 dollars for 2 blizzards is kinda overpriced. You could probably get 2 tubs of ice cream for about the same price. And the blizzard wasn’t that good either.

Bad customer service.. the female attendant didn't like to honor the coupon even if it clearly stated limit one per customer and after explaining to her and she did, the take one blizzard she gave wasn't even the flavor ordered and when we asked her if it was the Choco brownie extreme we ordered she said yes but in fact it was the choco dipped strawberry blizzard. Just didn't want to fuss about it anymore. She's so rude. Never again will I go back to that store if she's the one serving.

In 2015 I decided to start coming to the Plymouth Meeting Mall between my classes at Montco during my lunch breaks and this Dairy Queen is one of the stops I would occasionally make. While I believe this Dairy Queen was once on the lower level years ago, I always remembered it being in the spot it is now, which is above the old food court and Lego Land. It is a smaller Dairy Queen and the employees don't really have much personality but the ice cream is consistently good and it is a decent enough location to keep me coming back whenever I would be in the area running errands!
