Wendy's - Plymouth

Bad travel through the customer service. apparently valid coupons do not work on this location or who works the window does not know how to apply coupons. very slow and inefficient, they almost forget to return my change for the order. communication does not seem great and also have a sign above the order screen let very little look to see what customers ordered and what the sum is.

I had Dave's single burger and fries. The burger was really good, but my friends' meals were just average. We weren't asked if we wanted any condiments, which was disappointing. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.

Breakfast sandwiches went up on price. Plus get old dried up one for almost 5 bucks. Brought back for fresh one. Not good experience. Use to have sandwich and seasoned potatoes for 3 bucks.Food: 1/5

It's a good Wendy's clean Wendy's. Staff have always been really good.Food: 5/5

It says that they're open I got their at 6ish am drive-thru was closed they weren't ready until about 7:00am I still sat in the Drive-Thru from 7:09 to 7:20 before somebody finally asked what I would like. I don't think this Wendy's needs to be open early I think they should open up at 9:00 am or at least until they have more am employees working instead of two idk I know nothing is going to be done about it
