Wendy's - Plymouth

I love Wendy’s chili, burgers, fries and chicken sandwiches…but the service always seems to be off! I’m either missing something from my order, have something that I never ordered to begin with, or, like the last time, waiting an extraordinarily long time for a simple order. I literally sat listening to two workers have a conversation while holding my food and drinks in their hands like I wasn’t sitting right there in n the window beside them! Then one handed me the food after about 5-mins, and then the other asked her; “What else does this guy need?”…THE DRINKS IN YOUR HAND, SIR…that is what I need!!! Very frustrating!

Every time I go there the food is good,The customer service is awesome and the gentleman at the register offers great customer service .

I have no idea what has happened to this location...inside it has gotten trashed, sticky floors, tables and drink counters, today there was a 42 minute wait in the drive up for only 3 frosties. When we FINALLY got to the window we were told to pull forward and wait while the car in front of us had sat there for 20 minutes at the window chatting with the clerk.Completely ridiculous
