Firenza Pizza - Plymouth

I went to this restaurant tonight and it was everything I hoped for. They had a great selection of pizzas and I tried the Veggie with spicy sauce. The crust was fantastic, not too thick or too thin, and had a nice crunch to it. It's nice to have another pizza place in the neighborhood.

I ordered the lunch special online, a 10-inch pizza and drink for $8.99. I arrived about 15 minutes later, but my pizza was not ready despite confirming my online order. This was frustrating as I was on my lunch break and had to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my order, which I had hoped to avoid by ordering online. The customer service could be improved, as all of the tables were dirty and the restaurant was quite small, with only about 5 tables and 5 barstools. When I think of pizza, I expect a generous amount of cheese, but their pizzas lacked in this department. The crust was good, light, and airy, but the sauce lacked flavor and there was an excess of it, with very little cheese. If I were to visit again, I would opt for the pasta as it seemed more appealing than the pizza experience.

I had a really unpleasant experience with the vegan pizza at this restaurant. I visited once and decided never to return. I would not recommend it to others.

The restaurant appears to be neat and tidy. However, they do not offer any vegan cheese and charge $4 for it.

The vegan pizza at this restaurant was very disappointing. I went once and will not be returning. I do not recommend it!
