Chipotle Mexican Grill - Plymouth

The restaurant was clean and organized, with an assembly line setup for ordering burritos, bowls, salads, and quesadillas. This location is part of a coast-to-coast chain of burrito shops that draws loose inspiration from Mexican cuisine. The staff here were very accommodating and went out of their way to assist a family member with a food allergy.

I actually like the food quality taste very much. This location in Plymouth though the serving sizes are steadily decreasing while prices go up. I have the food delivered and they never get the sauce orders correct always missing at least 1 sauce and sometimes missing an ordered food item. Ever hopeful, I tried again today. This is the last time, missing 2 of the 3 sauces I requested and the bowl content easily fit in 1/2 the container. Not ordering from here again.

The wheels have fallen off here in so so many ways. Kids quesadilla unheated on a taco size tortilla. $4? Just loose, dry shredded cheese. Tepid. Guy couldn't fit contents into a burrito to roll, so he just slapped a second tortilla on it to cover the gap. Alum foil didn't even cover it. Hot mess. Half eaten back home, we find a long hair in it. Yum! Whole process took forever,Staff were totally oblivious and clueless. ****, get it together people!

The restaurant was BUSY, but this crew kept the line moving with speed and ease. Delicious meal with fresh ingredients, faster than expected from courteous and kind customer service. There was also a clean dining area despite the crowd.

Place is filthy! Dirty floors, dirty tables, disgraceful bathroom. They don’t know how to pack the food or take you order.
