Chili's Grill

I wanted to be here, now that they got rid of the chicken and wagging, there's no reason we'll ever come back. what a disappointment.

We would often go to chili no matter where we stay, as they could always rely on their for good eating and service. we had some thoughts when we read the sign on the door that in fact said that due to the lack of personal the main dining room would not be open, but sitting in the bar area or at the bar was available. and it was all very good. the workers for the night were professional and personal and very professional in order to get drinks and serve eating. the chips and sales were plentiful. the cup chili was small but tasty and fresh in the house made. my wife ordered the old timer burger and enjoyed. when I started smoking bbq, I ordered the brisket quesadilla. that was huge and could have been shared with others. they never give you guac with this court and forgot to order some, but it was in order. drinks are large containers with a lot of ice, so make sure to order more when you eat. too much food for dessert. as already mentioned, we would always visit a chili no matter where we are, and we are glad that we have visited them.

I showed twenty minutes to close before them and immediately when I went into them welcomed me with “from me, we are closed”. When I reminded them that they closed at midnight, they simply told me, "Sorry, I said we were closed. Bye!” I was a little tied; I just turned around and went. this location has very bad customer service and they had significantly little incentive to do their job. as a hint they were all gathered around the bar and seemed to socialize with each other. it felt as if I had intruded on her social lesson and they did not want to stop doing their job. as someone working in the service sector, I was very disappointed. I simply do not recommend this place. they are better on the day.

10 o'clock. the doors were closed. sign says they are closed tonight at 11 o'clock. customers in happy food. could not come in.
