Cantoro Italian Market - Plymouth

Wish there were more traditional dishes ie canaloni, shrimp Alfredo, egg plant Parmesean. I had chicken scalloponi not sure the spelling. It was too lemony and breaded would be better.

Always a go to when you're looking for the Best Italian food in the Plymouth Ann Arbor area. It's a great spot with Bar and the food is outstanding. Don't let the Market in the front fool you that this place is an afterthought to that! It is the best and always crowded with people that feel the same way. Good for casual dinner out with your wife or for special occasions like B-day Anniversaries!. Enjoy!!

Excellent service, fresh and tasty dishes, the wine list doesn't disappoint. My homemade pasta was rolled a little thick, imo, for pappardelle. I will always return and would award 4.5 stars if an option.

The food is always amazing and spectacular. The host seemed a bit confused on walk ins verses reservations which created a bottle neck at check in. Pork Chops, Sausage and peppers and Oso Bucco are next level.

We were 8 of us celebrating 25th anniversary and few of us are vegetarians. We ordered our meals and when we got our order the vegetarian dishes had meat which we realized after the first bite. The server was nice and he apologized and took our orders back. After almost 25 min we again got our meals which now were suppose to be for sure vegetarian but unfortunately it once again had meat. At this point we had lost our appetite and the rest of the table was done eating. The server once again apologized and at this point we went ahead and ordered pizza which came fairly quickly and was K. My husband ordered a glass of wine when we reached and he never got that. When the bill came we saw the messed up order on the charge which we had to get it removed. They gave us 2 tiramisu for anniversary celebrations. At no point did the manager come and apologize to us and compensated us for the bad experience. Honestly, the food didn't taste good as well as I had heard ravish reviews about the place.
