5ive/five Steakhouse - Plymouth

This was our 3rd visit and it was truly a disappointing one. The food was SO different from our first visit. It has gone downhill in the past 6 months and we aren’t sure what has changed. The steaks were not seared much at all as if they were only put in an oven and outside was just unappetizing grey color, the sides lacked seasoning, and the service was slow (they did have simultaneous weddings going on and had 4 in that one day which I suspect slowed things down both in service and in kitchen). These last two visits were so different from our first. Have they had a chef change? For the price we robs it won’t be back sadly.

For our 35th wedding anniversary, Bridget did an amazing job making us feel truly special. Everyone wished us a Happy Anniversary, and the service was excellent all around. We truly appreciated the complimentary dessert and the lovely card signed by the entire staff. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was even better. The prices were quite reasonable considering the high quality of the meal. I definitely recommend dining here!
