Taste Of Europe - PLUMPTON

I had the best and worst gözleme experience ever. I mentioned that it takes about 10 minutes to prepare a gözleme, but instead, I saw them take a frozen one and heat it up in the microwave. It was not fresh and lacked even the basic fillings.

This kebab shop is not affiliated with Taste of Europa, which is a well-known brand. They are unlawfully using the name, tarnishing the brand's reputation. Please do not confuse them with Taste of Europa; I have been a customer at their locations for many years, and they have no connection to this kebab shop!

This restaurant doesn't capture the true taste of Europe. They have borrowed the name of a well-known brand, but I have been to the original, and this place falls short. It seems they've relied too much on their association with a successful brand rather than providing an authentic experience.

Absolutely great food, good prices and overall good service. Trainee service was top tier, I will be visiting again I would recommend this place.

Very disappointed in the service. I asked for some chicken chips and upon going to taste one it’s was cold. I asked the man very nicely and discretely to make me some fresh one and he said all he could do was warm them up cause I touched it. I am paying for fresh product and insisted on new ones and he rudely said they are meant for children and he would only reheat them so I was forced to get a refund. In the end he still had to waste them but the treatment from staff was absolutely appalling. Why should I pay money for cold chicken that’s been sitting there then have it reheated reheated just because your too lazy and unsanitary to make a new batch for a paying customer!! I’m not one to complain but this actually shocked me quite a bit as I wasn’t expecting the rude and unreasonable response. Health department will be heading your way so I hope the rest of your store is up to standard
