Great Northern Distilling - Plover

The wonderful staff of spirit guides helped me pick a cocktail that I really enjoyed. Food service will begin next week, and I can't wait!

The atmosphere was fantastic, and it was entertaining to watch the bartenders prepare the drinks. They were delicious! I’ll definitely be returning.

I had an amazing time at Great Northern. The Ginseng Whiskey was fantastic!

Unfortunately, our bartender was rather unfriendly, which dampened our experience. I hope the staff can improve their hospitality. The location is fantastic, and the building is beautiful!

I arrived and took a seat at the bar, but after waiting 20 minutes without even a greeting, I was frustrated. Meanwhile, the patrons who sat down next to me after I did were getting multiple drinks and refills. The two bartenders weren't particularly busy, yet they hardly made any eye contact. Overall, I wasn't very impressed.
