We went to this place to enjoy a Plombières ice cream, we discovered an abandoned place although in my memory the place was enchanting, especially the gardens. Apparently, the establishment is under repair, there is hope for the years to come. As for the ice cream, it is still produced on site and is still delicious.

In this preserved, calm place, nestled in the heart of the forest, the song of the birds, the rustling of the spring and the thousand lights of the stars at night were truly rejuvenating. We were received by Diane whom we thank wholeheartedly for her sympathy: she was very accommodating, full of attention and knew how to “put us well” in all simplicity.
