Mcdonald's - Pleasantville

Drive thru lady at 6 pm was so rude that I left the line and went to a better place. Apparently, they hire people who don't know anything about customer service.

I feel ostracized in this institution because they have a prejudice on whom they believe is homeless or unworthy of their hospitality. I'm not happy with staff approach to CERTAIN public.

I think the experience was great. The service was fast and the food was hot and delicious.

Worst McDonalds I ever had. The burger tastes like they cleaned the grill with it.

Terrible experience! I did an online order and it was pick up… I asked for a large meal and got a medium, I asked for a plain quarter pounder with bacon and cheese and got everything on it and my sandwich was cold and no bacon, lady was rude when I called about the issue over the phone….this store is super ghetto and the workers can never do their jobs right… order PF21Trash service
