Salt Craft - Pleasanton

The food at this restaurant was delicious, especially the corn appetizer and side salads. The setting was nice for people-watching, but it was a bit too quiet. Adding some low volume music would enhance the ambiance. There were moments when it felt like we were part of another table's conversation, even though they weren't speaking loudly. It might not be the best place for a private or sensitive discussion. Some background noise would help give diners more privacy. The service was good overall, but a bit disorganized. There were some issues with early clearing of silverware and duplicate deliveries of appetizers and salads. It seemed like the restaurant was still working out some kinks, possibly due to an off night for the staff or kitchen.

We consistently enjoy great meals at Saltcraft, with their excellent service. I ordered the beet salad and it was absolutely delicious!

The restaurant consistently offers dishes with fresh, high-quality ingredients that are not only imaginatively crafted but also provide incredible value for the price.

Frankie was a fantastic waitress. She was super engaged, funny and made great recommendations.

We had a fantastic experience here! Portions are a bit small for the price, and I wish there was a more expansive wine selection, particularly from organic or biodynamic wine producers, but the food was amazing and service was friendly but non-intrusive. I also loved that my family members didn't have to leave their (small the waitress even brought water and treats out for her. Overall a great experience, I plan to come here more frequently!
