Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pleasanton

This place gives you so little on online orders and when you go in person they make it so difficult when you request extra and barely give any. I was the only one there and they still made sure to give me so much attitude and seems surprised to receive it right back. If you want your moneys worth go elsewhere. They also did not provide me with a receipt.

Employee was very disrespectful. he had a attitude when I asked for extra rice. I offered to pay extra for it and he was really rude. he continued to tell me friend to shut up after they were just having a small conversation. I am very unsatisfied with this and I probably won 't eat at this location again.

Waited almost 10 minutes for the employee to come to the counter and fill our orders as they were filling mobile orders, they didn?t have forks, and the restaurant was kind of a mess. It?s not the employee?s faults, they?re clearly understaffed and in over their heads.

Very good place until my most recent visit. I order the same burrito every time and this time it was half the size it normally was. Smaller portions I guess but the same price.

Food looks like it?s been sitting there for far too long. Needs improvement in their customer service, felt rushed to get my order done. Out of forks and fajita veggies at lunchtime also. Chipotle needs to do better in general. Won?t be coming back
