A&w - Pleasant Valley

Burger is very good. Fries were burnt. It has been years since I had A&W. I am visiting my nephew for his graduation, I decided to order something quick. Disappointed in the fries.

Food is always great. You should not staple bags closed. What if the staple falls into my fries when I open the bag and then break a tooth on your staples. Use a sticker or tape instead of staples

Too much sauce not enough cheese on fries. was fine tho

Everything was good but thought the curds were potatoes like tater tots. it turned out they are mozzarella bites. I was disappointed because I thought they were tater tots like french fries only tater tots but thats okay I ate them anyway next time Ill know but I wish that on their menu it said that they were mozzarella cheese.

I've seen A&W's before but pretty rarely so on our journey southward decided to give it a shot! Location is a stop right off 79 with integrated gas station so quite convenient. Service was quick and the fresh root beer tap was pretty cool and I liked the root beer a lot. I'm usually a Diet Coke drinker so it was pretty sweet with the real cane sugar but also really good. Didn't personally eat the burger but the one who did enjoyed it a lot. I thought the chicken tenders were really good and juicy, very crispy and tasted hot out of the fryer. Fries a bit under seasoned but still crispy and hot. Restaurant was clean and well-kept and employees were helpful and quick too. I'd stop again, pretty happy we chose to stop here over the Classic Three
