Great Steak - Pleasant Prairie

This establishment lacks managerial leadership, multitasking skills and customer service.There should be no reason to wait 25 mins for a sandwich!While 2 people are just standing around and twiddling their thumbs, there's only one person on the grill... AND ONLY GRILLING ONE THING AT A TIME.

On par with what you would expect but a little bit expensive.

My son said his bacon cheeseburger had no bacon on it, it was just a burger with cheese and ketchup (I asked for his bacon cheeseburger to have only cheese, bacon and ketchup. He said his fries were good but the extra cup of cheese wasn't in the bag. My salad was supposed to be like it was advertised but it was a giant bowl of lettuce with tomatoes and a side of ranch. NOTHING ELSE. Our orders were both wrong and that sucks because my son liked his non bacon- bacon cheeseburger and my cheese steak with PLEASE NO LETTUCE but with lettuce was ok.

Dry, to much of the wrong kind of cheese to be called a Philly. Very salty. It was ok. I’d come back to get something different in hopes that it was not dry or overly salty. Easy for me to ask them to back of the cheese. Veggies undercooked in comparison to the overly cooked beef. “premier beef” is a phrase or slogan rather than an actual thing.

I had the cheesesteak fries and there was only 6 small slices of beef and the cheese was canned all for $11.99. Your in Wisconsin you shouldn't be using canned. Will NOT go back!
