Starbucks Coffee - Pleasant Hill

Ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato and when I went to drink out of it I found some chunks of white flakes inside of it. Disgusted and need a solution. Very upset

I've had the worst customer service experience here. The young woman behind the counter, Jenny, seemed more interested in discussing her decision to drop out of college with her coworker than assisting paying customers. She was quite rude to my girlfriend, who had to make several attempts just to get her attention. After that unpleasant encounter, we asked for a supervisor, and a Safeway manager came over, stating she would reach out to the Starbucks supervisor. I understand everyone has tough days, but in customer service, it’s important to maintain self-control and leave personal issues at home. And it’s definitely not okay to give a dirty look to customers you were just rude to.

I strongly advise against going to this restaurant. I understand that it can be difficult to hear someone when wearing a mask, but it’s best not to guess what the customer is trying to say. If you're unsure, it's better to just ask them to repeat it.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Cathy, you really shouldn't be in customer service. It seemed like taking my order was a huge inconvenience for you. You huffed when I placed another drink order, and to top it off, you completely messed up my drink! What were you thinking? If you paid a little more attention to the details instead of acting so disengaged, this could have gone much smoother. It's disappointing to see such poor service. Starbucks deserves better, and I think you'd be better suited as a cashier at Walmart.

This 5 star review is for the staff at this location. Shout out for the genuine, kind, industrious staff. Anthony and Kyle are some of my faves but everyone is awesome. I'm still learning their names. I'm a philz lover but this is THEE ONLY STARBUCKS I frequent. Everyone here deserves a raise!
