A pleasure Hill landmarks and local favorites. Great service, extensive menu, good food quality, excellent bar drinks. A place to celebrate every holiday or anniversary, callouts are also an excellent choice.

Excellent service from Bree in the other afternoon when she brought our food and drinks on a table on her back terrace. I didn't even know that this place had a back terrace, but the well laid seats and the open air under oak and redwood trees made it as if we were away from home and not just out. she was an attentive server and our food was delicious! Fish and chips for Fred, and the Captain's Platter for me $17.99), containing fried fish shrimps and Calamari strips. Everything was delicious. And some great **** Marys and Jameson shots on the side. It's hard to find time to dine between working hours and customers, but this well-deserved festival for schedule and I couldn't ask for a better Sunday afternoon!

Never thought of eating in this place, but I was pleased to find it is much more beautiful than your typical bar. The menu has many variety. We first tried for lunch and decided to come back to dinner later in the week. I would say I prefer this as a great place for lunch or for drinking. Dinner was a little disappointing as they had only one waitress who was really nice but had to do with most articles on the menu. I ordered the Pasta Primavera, which was good but heavy (too much sauce). Also our drinks/water were not refilled unless we asked (if the drought should be). Overall, this is a good neighbourhood for a turnkey lunch and/or drinks.

This is a relaxed place with staff that are like old friends. Strong drinks good food!!
