Mike and Robin are nice people. They treat me with the same courtesy and enthusiasm when I buy a $10 only because arrangement as if I buy a $40 funeral order. They are easy to work with which I can call them, give them my price range, and trust that a nice arrangement will arrange the recipient in time. I grew up with Flowers and Friends, I have used them so many times that they know me by name. They are the kind of people who would treat an absolute stranger with the same professionalism, and enthusiasm as a long time customer like me. The owners simply love what they do and I would venture to say that there are thousands of people who simply love them! They are always less expensive than any other florist, and have never let me down. Once I introduce people to Flowers and Friends, they usually never by flowers from anyone else. Also, do not go off of what James says, I tracked down his ratings of other business and they are all the same. This guy is never happy with anything. He uses the same basic comment for every business he reviews, every one is rude. I bet they are buddy!
