Star Saloon Tavern - Pleasant Grove

This is a fantastic bar with a wonderful atmosphere. The drinks are very reasonably priced, making it easy on the wallet. The bartenders are friendly and prompt, ensuring you get your drinks quickly. My companion feels at ease here, and it's also a great spot to play pool. Highly recommend!

The ambiance isn't great, but the prices are definitely worth it. For example, tall boys are just $3.25. When it comes to affordability, there's really nothing that compares.

Yazzie needs to go. He claims to work here, but he's honestly the most aggressive person at the bar. In a place with proper security, he would be kicked out immediately. He seems ready to pick a fight over just about anything. Aside from that, it's a decent local bar that is usually enjoyable—unless people like Yazzie start causing trouble.

If you are a pool player and want to play in their tournaments be well aware of the rules as they make up their own.

Yazi is a serious buzzkill at this bar. He is a regular who likes to tell people he works there and if his fragile ego is harmed in any way, he will try to 86 the person or intimidate them into not coming back. Such a shame because the bar staff are top notch.
