This is a very unique little coffee shop in the heart of happy valley, they generally provide good food and beverages and excellent service, the prices are a bit high which is to be expected when eating at a gourmet cafe and sometimes it is a bit of a wait to get your order. However my biggest problem with this place is how they value their employees. Based on my experience they go through employees like one with a cold would go through tissues and it becomes very clear to customers why. It appears like a great place to work however the owners work the employees like they own them and hammer them with their large and complex menu and show little appreciation for taking on the impossible challenge of pleasing them. Ive seen girls leave their shifts crying because of the hell they are put through almost daily. This place provides good service but I will not give them my business because of how much they belittle their very own team.
