Cravings Bistro - Pleasant Grove

Delicious food and attentive service. During my last visit, I didn't receive a drink, but I'm not sure where the mistake happened. Nevertheless, the quality of the food makes it all worthwhile.

I absolutely love Cravings Bistro! The Twinkies aren't my favorite, and I'm a bit disappointed that I couldn't find the Nutella and strawberry French toast on the menu, but everything is still really good!

Cravings used to be sooo good! But after the last few orders, Im just leaving this review saying that I wish it was still good enough to order, but Ill be eating something else tonight. Cant take another heartbreak. Also please note: you cant fix a burnt sandwich by hiding it with a cheddar crust. After 3 times in a row, it might not just be bad luck.

I wondered if they were out of fries, but considering how hot it was outside, I at least requested some water. To my surprise, we were denied that as well! The other customers witnessed what happened and, despite the situation, they asked for water cups and fries themselves, trying to help us out, but the staff refused them service too. They even requested take-out boxes, which were also denied, so they ended up throwing their food away. However, those kind customers took us to the gas station next door. I really didn’t expect them to go through all that for us, but they insisted we choose anything we wanted and paid for it. It was heartwarming to see such kindness in the world, especially in contrast to the attitude of the worker at the restaurant. The employee came off as quite stuck up, providing no explanation for their refusal of service. Later that evening, more of my family was planning to dine there, but we’ve decided against giving this place our business if they can’t even provide water on a hot day—or give take-out boxes to others.
