Microbar Sámara - Playa Samara

Such a great place! It's a small space, but works great! There are a few tables and space to sit up at the bar. The beer variety was fantastic! Our favorites were: the IPA from 101. The IPA from Micro. And the small Mexican Dog. But we really didn't try any that we didn't like! Awesome stuff, Microbar! Cheers!

Amazing, top notch bar in a tiny space. Loved the posters on the walls and the music. I don't think I've ever been anywhere with more taps than seats before! Great Costa Rican microbrews, and excellent craft cocktails (yes, I tried both. Had to go back the next day.

Our favorite little bar in Samara! The bartender Elisa was so fun and awesome. The beer was all brewed in Costa Rica and very tasty. I tried a dark and stormy cocktail that was equally fantastic. We stopped by every evening they were open when we were in Samara. They even fill up growlers. There are seriously more taps than seats. Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic wee bar. We went at opening on 2nd Jan and whilst the Italian bar tender was setting up she enthusiastically chatted about craft beers and recommendations. The 4 beers we tried both brewed by the bar's sister company and other breweries were all 5

Heard about this place before getting to Sámara and it did not disappoint. Small but cool inside with a REALLY great selection of beers on draft, some very different ones too including the Coltrane, a hazelnut ale!
