La Azotea Restaurant Bar Lounge

We stopped for a few cold beers and a snack,, we had steak tacos and they were incredible.. the staff was warm and friendly ..the service was great.. there seemed to be some interesting things inside but i never really checked it out.. i would definitely go back and try the restaurant again.. there are so many choices on 5th avenue in Playa.. this was a good one

This used to be one of my favorite places, but it has been redone and isnt as good. They no longer have brick oven pizzas... which was highly disappointing. They do offer good drink promotions. Staff was attentive and friendly.

We stayed in the hotel below (Hotel El Punto) and decided to head upstairs for a drink. It was early (for a late-night bar/club) so there were only a handful of people there. The design is nice, the service was good, and the drinks were well-made and reasonably priced. Things definitely picked up later, so don't stay in the hotel below if you can not sleep through drunken, stomping footsteps and club music.

Great rooftop patio, great wine and great pizzas and calzone! We have been here with friends and also as a couple and we have loved it both times :) Good choice of house music playing...except the DJ could not quite mix the songs together...haha...but otherwise fantastic overall.

What a nice place to go too!! It was huge and if you're patient, you can get a table watching 5th Ave. plenty of choices on the menu and lots of fun!
