One of the more amazing planned-menu experiences I’ve ever had… and creative accommodations for food-allergy needs in a very respectful manner. Service was exceptional… knowledgeable, informative, timely, attentive and engaging.

Estéticamente el lugar es bastante agradable y todo hace referencia al agua. El servicio es muy atento y rápido, te explican a detalle cada platillo y su respectivo maridaje. La calidad y frescura de los productos es de 10. Lugar ampliamente recomendable. El único pero es que te sirven en el plato muchos elementos que no son comestibles,solo como decoración y puede llegar a confundirte.

Un excelente lugar, servicio y alimentos.

We had the 7 course tasting menu. It started with a welcome cocktail and foie gras macaron appetizers. The wine pairing was excellent I however highly recommend having a designated driver or staying at the hotel. The mushroom Beignet and the Wagyu tartare were amazing. The service was excellent and the ambiance was great. We left full and satisfied.
