3XL Burger - Playa del Carmen

The food was delicious! I ordered the chicken burger. The fries were also really good. I also recommend their BBQ sauce and garlic sauce to go with your order. ????????????????????????

We saw this one on Tripadvisor and thought we'd check it out. I have to say that the staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are okay.The meat and the buffet from which you choose your toppings as well as the sauces were very good and there were a lot of choices. The burger buns, however, were rather dry, unfortunately. So, I don't agree with all the commenters who call it 'the best burger ever', but it's a decent burger for an okay price and the place has a very nice staff.

Before I start raving about what a fabulous burger these folks make, and how perfect the fries are, let me say I had been walking around town for about four hours and was ravenous, exhausted, and probably inches away from a heat stroke when I walked into this place. But, that said, man, what a great, great hamburger they make here. It may be the best burger, besides a few home barbecues, that I have ever eaten. And I am including In n Out, Hodad's in Ocean Beach and Rocky's in Pacific Beach. All great burger places, and 3XL is right up there with my favorites.They have what looks like a salad bar but is really the largest selection of condiments I have ever seen at a burger joint. And the Fries....wow, the Fries are outstanding. So, what more can I say. I know you probably didn't come to Mexico for the hamburgers, but if you are a burger love, don't pass this place up. Right across the street (Calle 8) from Walmart in Playa.

Go eat there. Dont think twice. Such a great burgers and so tasty! You can add things inside as much as you want.

My wife and I have been visiting this place pretty much since they've opened, it was the tasty smell that brought us in and we need to say that it's one of our favorite burger joints in Playa!!!The burgers are really tasty, same as the hotdogs. The salad bar is vast and the flavored waters you get with your combo are very refreshing!!! The sweet potatoes and the sweet corn are a great side dish!!!Two little things stop us for visiting them more frequently... It's a bit pricy considering it's not in la 5ta, they're way more expensive than any other burger in the region, as pricy as Guy Fieri's... And the second one and very important for us, the cashiers, not friendly at all!!! We've met a couple of them and they seemed to be bothered while ordering and asking about their menu, I hope they can be as joyful as the rest of the staff!!! Still, it worths visiting them, you'll get a nice, decent sized, tasty burger!!!
