Kfc - Plattsmouth

Poor quality of food, the restaurant was dirty, waited 20 minutes just to place my order then it took another 25 to get it this KFC Taco Bell has gone downhill. The dirty tables were like that when I came in and we're still like that after I left.

Small order, slip and slide just to get to order counter. Just because the wet floor sign is out there, doesn't mean its been mopped! Who knows what them rainbow kids were doing back there, but no one handed me my food, my number was called, and just got my bag, slipped and slided towards the door and left. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

3rd try here with a couple months in between to give them time to improve before leaving a review... The Good: ... The Bad: We ordered online for a 6:36pm pickup. It is now 7 pm and we haven't seen anyone here yet to let us know why our order is now almost a half hour behind promised time. The drive thru has 8 cars that haven't moved in 10 15 minutes. This is absolutely insane. It's not bad service here it is no service at all. We prepaid online and are pretty much stuck waiting for however long for what food we might get... I cannot understand how this can continue to happen day after day month after month. The Ugly Truth: This is a place to avoid by all costs. The next closest KFC is 15 minutes away. If we would have ordered there, drove there and back we would be eating by now. UPDATE Once someone finally noticed us we were told the sides aren't available for an unknown time. We could wait or get different sides. When we asked for our money back we were told that it's not possible unless we go through corporate. So we wait some more. Got food 5 minutes later. Fries are cold and so is most everything else. Checked to make sure all is there. Seems so. Get home and we're short an order of biscuits. It is now well over an hour after we planned on eating dinner and off I go back to KFC to get the biscuits. L So over it all!!!

They should hire snails. Then maybe we’d get some speed in the kitchen. We only come here because it’s one of 4 options in town. I’ve never been in and out in less than 20 mins.

I had to wait for my order and specifically asked if they had the original crispy strips and crispy chicken. The server confirmed they did, so I placed my order. However, when I reached the pick-up window, I was told they had neither the original nor the chicken strips. I was so frustrated, I just left.
